As a part of the Ignite Women’s Health program, Seton Medical Center Williamson is putting on its Refresh Yourself from Health to Home event March 3 at 201 Seton Parkway in Round Rock.

Diane Plas, Ignite Women’s Health program manager, said this is the first year for the exposition and that she hopes the event provides an avenue for women to assess their health.

“[We hope they] make time for themselves and have a little bit of ownership in their own health and wellness,” she said.

The free expo runs from 1:30-4 p.m. and features a spring fashion show with at least eight stores from the Round Rock Premium Outlets, group exercise and meditation classes, healthy cooking demonstrations, workshops with professional organizers, and community-sponsored exhibits and motivational speakers.

Plas said attendees should come dressed in fitness clothes if they plan to attend one of the exercise classes.

There is also a $20 V.I.P. keynote event, "The Transformative Power of Self-Care," a presentation by Renee Peterson Trudeau, national coach/speaker and author of "The Mother's Guide to Self-Renewal."
