Nominations for the 2013 Philanthropy Day Awards are being taken through Sept. 12.
Each year, the Association of Fundraising Professionals of Greater Austin recognizes employees, corporations, foundations, youth and nonprofits for work or donations that have had a significant effect on the quality of life in Central Texas.
Nominations for the Outstanding Philanthropist, Outstanding Philanthropic Large Corporation, Outstanding Philanthropic Small or Medium Corporation, Outstanding Philanthropic Foundation/Organization, Outstanding Volunteer Fundraiser, Kelly Davidson Memorial Outstanding Philanthropic Youth, Outstanding Fundraising Professional and Special Recognition awards are now being taken. To make a nomination, visit www.afpaustin.org. Awards will be announced at the Philanthropy Day Awards Program on Feb. 14 at the Hyatt Regency Downtown, 208 Barton Springs Road.
