A segment of N.E. Inner Loop Road north of FM 971 will be closed June 22–23 between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. each day.
The road will be closed for paving work as part of the construction project to add turn lanes at the intersection of N.E. Inner Loop and FM 971.
Traffic on N.E. Inner Loop will be detoured to CR 152 and CR 151 during the closure. Other lane closures at the intersection will happen throughout both days, and drivers should watch for flaggers at the intersection, according to a news release from the city.
FM 971 is expected to remain open both days, but some lanes could be temporarily closed.
Construction on the intersection started in January and is scheduled to be completed in September.
