Another Solar Boondoggle?

Where, in this article, is an estimate on what this is going to cost the Georgetown taxpayer, particularly those who do not want expensive solar energy? Also, it is interesting that the justification for this is: "We need a diversity of energy sources." To be sure, that is not why this is being built; there are cheaper ways to diversify a city's energy sourcing.
