Builder Ross Frie, president of Frie Planning, Development and Construction LLC, confirmed on May 13 that Big Red Express Car Wash will be opening their first Texas franchise at 11213 RR 2222, next to the Four Points’ Jiffy Lube, around Jan. 1, 2014.
