A+ Federal Credit Union plans to open a new branch at 1604 E. Whitestone Blvd., Cedar Park, across from the 1890 Ranch Shopping Center. The branch will have four drive-thru lanes, a drive-thru ATM, video lending and teller pods. The branch is expected to open in the summer. www.aplusfcu.org
