Plans are in place for a full-service hotel along FM 1431 in Cedar Park. JD Real Estate will begin construction by the end of this year if the company is unable to find a buyer for the rights to the undeveloped 60,000-square-foot, 120-room Holiday Inn & Suites near Whitestone Boulevard and C-Bar Ranch Trail behind Frost Bank.
