Brothers Bill and Bob Wolesensky and their wives, Kris and Tyree, respectively, plan to open a store to sell beef jerky made from a recipe they brought to Texas from a small butcher shop in Nebraska. Mahlon’s MicroCrafted Beef Jerky, located at 11880 W. Old 2243, Ste. 207, in Leander, will sell four different varieties of beef jerky and is tentatively scheduled to open Feb. 1., www.mahlonsmicrocrafted.com
