Construction on Dos Salsas restaurant broke ground in late May across 1890 Ranch Shopping Center at 1600 E. Whitestone Blvd., Cedar Park. The 9,300-square-foot restaurant will open by mid-December. The menu features American and Tex-Mex fare including enchiladas, fajitas, combo plates, and seafood options. Owner Guillermo Plata has owned the location in Georgetown for 12 years. www.dossalsas.com
