Land Answers, Inc. is assisting in rezoning property at the corner of Red River and 12th street. The property is being rezoned from commercial-liquor sales zoning to central business district zoning to bring the area into compliance with the Downtown Austin Plan, according to Land Answers officials. Plans for the property may include a new, mixed-use building with commercial, residential, office and medical office space. Brick Oven Pizza, which is currently at the location, does not plan to close.
