Wildflower Terrace held a grand opening May 1 to celebrate the completion of the mixed-income, mixed-use rental community for people 55 years old or older. The development has 174 units for senior households that bring in 80 percent of the median family income or less. The other 27 units rent at rates comparable to other housing near downtown.
