Valley View Elementary school second grader Scarlett Milling raised over $2,500 to buy American dolls for children at Dell Medical Center who have cancer. Eanes ISD describes Milling as “one determined pint-sized second grader.” The staff of Valley View say they are proud of Milling and her giving and caring heart.
