Marshall Geyer and Erich Weidner plan to open Emerald Tavern Games and Cafe around Thanksgiving at 9012 Research Blvd. The store will sell board games and allow customers to try them out. Emerald Tavern will also sell gourmet coffee, tea, beer, wine and sandwiches. Geyer said the cafe will have an English Tudor theme.
