The expansion at Dream Bakery allows the shop to host baking classes and sell retail items.
Dream Bakery, 9422 Anderson Mill Road, recently completed renovations that added a retail portion offering baking supplies and space for instruction. Classes will range from beginner-level baking to more advanced techniques. A grand reopening celebration is planned for Aug. 11. 219-1235, www.dreambakery.com
