On Aug. 6, Capital Metro opened its first enclosed MetroBike shelter at the Kramer MetroRail station, 2417 1/2 Kramer Lane. The shelter is accessible using a card key, available for $30 per year. The shelter holds 24 bikes. www.capmetro.org/metrobike
