Two locations of Mangia Pizza at 12001 Burnet Road and 2401 Lake Austin are now called The Pizza Bistro. The name change occurred in September as owner John Kinnaird rolled out a concept to rebrand the restaurants. The Pizza Bistro makes its own dough, sauces and salad dressings, and specialty pizzas include Texas BBQ brisket and asada and hatch peppers.
