Cafe India initially opened at 9211 West Road, Ste. 131 near Beltway 8 about two years ago, but it was recently purchased by Chris Kobatra. The location had a soft opening in November to showcase the newly remodeled dining room and a consolidated menu. With a streamlined kitchen, food is prepared fresh daily by executive chef Furgit Singh. Take-out, catering and dine-in services are available along with non-alcoholic beers and wines. 281-469-8100
