Plum Coffee opened July 25 at 11688 Barker Cypress Road, Ste. A2. The vintage-style cafe offers espresso, speciality lattes and tea along with gelato and pastries from local vendors. Owner Mia Jamal offers gourment coffee from Katz Coffee and keeps the doors open until 8 p.m. throughout the week. 713-245-9744
