In the News: San Marcos Women’s Hall of Fame

Elva Gonzalez, Shelley Henry and Margaret Lindsey are the three most recent inductees to the San Marcos Women’s Hall of Fame. The women were inducted at a the 27th annual reception Nov. 2. The Women’s Hall of Fame began in 1984 to recognize women who have made meaningful contributions to the San Marcos community through personal achievement and community service, according to the City of San Marcos. 393-8400, www.ci.san-marcos.tx.us
