SHB Development, LLC has announced plans for a second Woodlands-area office condominium complex, Grogan’s Ridge Office Condominiums. Set to be built at 2219 Sawdust, Grogan’s Ridge Office Condominiums will feature single story units with private entrances and surface-level parking ranging from 1,225 to 6,125 square feet, available completely finished or build to suit.
