Specs Wines, Spirits and Finer Foods plans on opening a store at the Four Corners Shopping Center in Tomball at the southwest corner of FM 2920 and Hwy. 249. The store has locations throughout Houston and sells a wide variety of beers, wines and gourmet foods.
