Extreme Tan & Spa opened in early February at 107 N. Sycamore St., Tomball. As both a hair salon and tanning facility, the business offers spray and airbrush tanning, tanning beds, an oxygen bar, as well as hair and makeup services and accessories. A grand opening and ribbon cutting took place March 1. 281-290-4233.
