J&B’s Backyard Bistro, run by Jerry and Betty Rendon, opened at 22526 Huffsmith Kohrville Road at the end of May. The menu covers a variety of dishes, including gourmet burgers, wraps, sandwiches and bistro tacos. The eatery is open for breakfast and lunch, but there are plans to open for dinner through the summer, Betty said. The location features both indoor and outdoor seating.
