    So many caregivers often feel isolated, frustrated and exhausted by their caregiving duties. With that in mind, we offer a non-judgmental group situation where caregivers can learn from expert guest speakers, share their own experiences and gain valuable information from others.

    We meet at the Buda Public Library for most meetings, but are also planning "field trips" for caregivers in the near future. Come join us—we'd love to see you!

    We meet the second Wednesday of each month to provide support and understanding to area caregivers. It's free and open to anyone who would like to join us and take a break from caregiving duties.
