    The Caring Place hosts its 22nd annual Soup Supper, which includes soup, cornbread, a drink and dessert. Tickets can be purchased at The Caring Place and at the door. For those who are unable to attend but would like to purchase a ticket to be given to a family in crisis, contact The Caring Place. • $10 (adults), $3 (children) • St. Helen Catholic Church, St. Rita’s Activity Center, 2700 E.     Caring Place Soup Supper

    It's unfortunate that we will not be able to go this year, but everyone should know about this wonderful event and try to attend. The 2012 supper is especially meaningful because of the way that The Caring Place and BiG (Brookwood in Georgetown) have gotten together. I understand the BiG participants' handmade pottery bowls for the event have already sold out and the only way to get one on Tuesday is to bid for them in the silent auction!!
