Derived from thousands of years of Chinese experience in the healing arts and sciences, Tai Chi Qi Gong is a powerful way of healing and staying healthy.

In this class you are introduced step-by-step to the “Eighteen Movements,” a form perfected by Master Tseng that uses Tai Chi’s soft and graceful movements in combination with exercises for the mind. By encouraging better balance, coordination and concentration, mind and body flow together to improve Qi (life force).

This set is simple to learn, increases Qi (life force), helps blood circulation, stretches tendons, ligaments and joints, strengthens the immune system and speeds recovery.

About the instructor: Rosie Coelho is a student of Master Yun Xiang Tseng (“Chen”), an ordained Daoist priest of the 14th generation Zhang San-Feng lineage at Wudang Mountain since 2006. She is certified to practice External Qi Healing, an ancient Daoist meta-physical healing art , and to teach Wudang Hun Yuan (Primordial) Qigong, Yang Sheng Qigong and Tai Chi Qigong 18 movements. She is a Diplomate in ABT (NCCAOM) and is currently pursuing a master in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at AOMA.
