GEORGETOWN — After 10 months of construction, the Austin Avenue Medical Plaza celebrated the grand opening of its 100,000 sq. ft. medical complex at 3201 S. Austin Ave. Nov. 19. The facility is 90 percent leased with four tenants moving in this month: CPA Barrick & Company LLC, Urology Associates of Williamson County, Foot Associates of Central Texas LLC and Central Texas Surgical Associates.
Large tenants, including Georgetown Medical and the Austin Radiological Association, plan to move in after the holiday season. The second phase of construction to build an additional 65,000 sq. ft. building next door at 3101 S. Austin Ave. is slated to begin in spring 2010. Call 864-3193 or visit www.gtownplaza.com.
