GEORGETOWNTo improve a portion of frontage road along northbound IH 35 in Georgetown, the Texas Department of Transportation recently held an open house to gather input from the community to incorporate into the design process.

The proposed project, being tackled by TxDOT, the Federal Highway Administration and Williamson County, would target 2.7 miles of IH 35 frontage road from Hwy. 29 to just north of Westinghouse Road.

Between Blue Springs Boulevard and Hwy. 29, construction would add a Northbound frontage road
