CEDAR PARK — Although this area is developed, this stretch of Cypress Creek Road is filled with everything from education to recreation to shopping. Area residents drive past Cedar Park’s namesake schools daily, and a variety of businesses provide services to the surrounding neighborhoods. Milburn Park is home to many of the city’s large events throughout the year.

14 Elizabeth Milburn Park is a 42-acre city park with four baseball backstops, basketball court, barbecue grills, pavilion and picnic areas, hike and bike trails, restrooms, multiple soccer fields, swimming pool, two tennis courts, volleyball courts, climbing wall, BMX track and community garden plots. The city also hosts annual celebrations at the park, which is named for the wife of Bill Milburn, former owner of the land and the company Milburn Homes.
