Leander to see latest upscale community: Cap Rock

Austin-based builder, Grand Haven Homes, announced it will start taking site reservations in November for its exclusive, gated community near Crystal Falls Golf Club.
The Cap Rock neighborhood, Grand Haven's tenth development in three years, will be made up of 120 wooded home sites inspired by Spanish and Tuscan architecture in a 5,000-acre master-planned community.
This development is perched on a plateau, and the golf club’s holes three though seven surround the community. The home sites feature cliffs and wooded landscapes. Because of its elevation, residents can choose homes with views of the Hill Country.
About 60 home sites, ranging in size from 1,900 to 4,000 sq ft, will be ready in January. Prices in Cap Rock will start in the mid-$200’s.
