Williamson County officials will host a public hearing to discuss the draft plan of the county’s updated transportation master plan June 29.

The meeting is a forum for discussion of a draft plan to help address expected growth that includes transit options and what roads should be built or improved during the next 25 years.

Residents are invited to provide their thoughts on the plan at 6:30 p.m. June 29 on the second floor of the County Courthouse, 710 S. Main St. in Georgetown.

From 6: 30-7 p.m., information will be available for viewing and residents may ask questions. A presentation on the draft plan will begin at 7 p.m.

Residents who wish to comment will need to sign in that evening and will have five minutes to speak. Comments will be recorded for consideration.
