Cypress Village Station

Cypress Village Station is the first transit-oriented mixed-use development in Houston, located at Hwy. 290 and Skinner Road. The development combines 100,000 sq. ft. of retail and office space, the new Metro 1,500-car capacity parking garage and 273 high-end residential lofts.
Grant Road and Jones Road

Despite the closing of its flagship store Randalls, the two retail centers at Grant Road and Jones Road have continued to thrive within the community.
