The new Plaza at Grand Avenue and Broadstone Grand Avenue apartments have significantly changed the look of the Grand Avenue Parkway and Central Commerce corridors. Though often considered Pflugerville, some businesses in this area lie within Austin’s extraterritorial jurisdiction.

Development

Anytime Fitness is also expected to open there in early April. The fitness club is part of a national franchise open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
