Pflugerville man advances to semifinals of national meat cutting competition

Pflugerville resident Antonio Hernandez will compete in the semifinals round of a national meat-cutting competition at the Rosenthal Meat Science and Technology Center at Texas A&M University. The event, in which participants compete for $20,000 and the title of 2010 Meat Cutter of the Year, will take place March 3 in College Station.
