New Meister Lane provides another route to Pflugerville

Pflugerville, Nov. 17 — Construction of New Meister Lane is complete, connecting Schultz Lane and Heatherwilde Boulevard with easy access to Toll 45. The City of Pflugerville, Greater Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce and Pflugerville Community Development Corporation held a ribbon cutting event Nov. 6 to commemorate the opening of the new road.
Through an economic development agreement with the Verde Springbrook Corporate Center industrial project, New Meister Lane was the first large scale use of 4B Development funds by the PCDC. The Verde project currently houses three businesses: Span International, Progressive Manufacturing Technologies and Sears. The owners of Verde built the road as part of an agreement with the city and PCDC in exchange for beginning the development of this industrial project.
