I'm sure no one will disagree with me when I say that SXSW is huge. But what fascinates me is that Austin and the SXSW team still manage to keep the festival unique to the city's diverse character.

I arrived early for the Bruce Springsteen keynote speech this morning, completely expecting a long line that probably formed beginning in the wee hours of the morning.
