Developer Dan Hess said he wants the proposed development at Travis Settlement Business Park to be "more hip and cool" than the rustic country look the complex has now. In addition to making the new development more modern, Hess said the building will have several water retention units that will catch as much rainwater as possible. "That's what small developers like myself can add are those kinds of amenities," he said. "I feel like that's just sensible developing."
