All 11 constitutional amendments pass; Hutto voters reject city bond Prop 3

State voters approved all 11 proposed amendments to the Texas Constitution on the Nov. 3 ballot, according to unofficial returns from the Texas Secretary of State. Meanwhile, Hutto voters approved six of seven local propositions while rejecting one bond proposition.

Travis County offers fewer voting locations for November election

Early voting for the Nov. 3 Joint Special Election begins in Travis County Oct. 19, at 7 a.m. Voters across Texas will have the opportunity to cast a ballot on 11 proposed constitutional amendments, and Travis County voters in four local jurisdictions will have a chance to vote on local propositions as well.
