Bio: Greg Eady has been a resident of Georgetown for 10 years. He is married with two sons enrolled in Georgetown ISD. Eady is the City President for Extraco Banks in Georgetown with more than 22 years experience in the banking industry. His community contributions include involvement with both the school district and in business. Eady is a returning board member of Partners in Education and a member of the Georgetown Education Foundation.

Bio: Linda Larsen is married with three children. She has served on the Georgetown ISD School Board for the last six years. Larsen has a bachelor’s degree in biology from Stephen F. Austin State University and a master’s degree in public health from the University of Texas. She has lived in Georgetown since 1997. She is the founding chairperson of the Georgetown ISD Education Foundation, a board member of Partners in Education for five years, former Georgetown PTA president, past president of North Brazoria American Heart Association, a current member of First United Methodist Church and a Girl Scout leader for six years.
Top three priorities: Improve district and community communication; Establish long-term strategic goals and objectives; Ensure each teacher and student succeeds

Bio: Brad Smith launched a real estate career after graduating from Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in real estate and marketing. In his 28 years of experience, Smith has established and led several real estate firms, including StoneCrest Investments where he is the chief executive officer. His success in retail development earned him recognition by the Who’s Who in Real Estate Development. Locally, Smith contributes by serving as president of the board of trustees at Georgetown ISD and Texas Life-Sciences Collaboration Center. Smith and his wife, Lori, live in Georgetown and have four children.

Bio: With over 30 years experience in business management through ownership of Brumder Oriental Iron and Our Lady of the Rose Cemetery, Nicholas Brumder hopes to bring the consumer-driven model of business ownership to the operation of Georgetown schools. Brumder has lived in Georgetown since 1986 and has five children ranging in age from 14 to 27. His two youngest children live at home and attend private school or home school. Though his children do not attend Georgetown ISD, Brumder said he believes he can represent the demands of taxpayers and students to create better schools. Brumder volunteered for the Ron Paul presidential campaign.
Top three priorities: Have more local control of schools; Improve fiscal conservatism, decrease debt and taxes; Reward outstanding teacher performance and reduce bureaucratic overhead

Bio: As a native Texan with 29 years of public service in Georgetown, Patty Eason is a graduate of Southwestern University who has sat on multiple boards and commissions, including Georgetown’s Planning and Zoning Commission. During her six-year stint on the City Council, she has served the Williamson County Conservation Foundation, Austin-San Antonio Passenger Rail District Board of Directors, Georgetown Utility System Advisory Board, Georgetown Animal Shelter and the 2030 Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee. She has been married to her husband Rick for 36 years.
Top three priorities: Improve transportation by encouraging rail and bike use and sidewalks; Draw and retain businesses; Maintain government responsibility

Bio: Ric Spencer graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southwest Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems. He worked for Southwest Texas State University and the University of Sterling in Scotland as a programmer. Spencer has worked for several companies in the Austin area as a programmer, analyst, consultant, IT manager and director. He has two children and currently works as a project manager for Dell Inc. Spencer lives in Georgetown where he is excited to use his passion to serve and his experience to help lead the people of Georgetown.
